The loss of teeth usually is treated with dentures and the people, which are having such problems should quickly consult with dentist and doctors. Definitely the dentures care is quite complicated and there is certain mode and behavior of the patients wearing removable dentures.
First, the dentures cause a complains from sense nausea and vomiting. This is usually called “vomiting reflex” and is only the first trouble, which the patient with removable dentures should overcome. Usually this sense is only for a couple of minutes or hours and can be overcome with deeply breathing through your nose and avoid conversation in the first hours after placing the dentures. Also the large salivation is frequently met after placement of removable dentures. This is caused by the foreign body in the mouth, but the organism quickly adapt to the presence of dentures in the mouth. The saliva is normalizing in the first hours of putting the removable dentures, so the patient will adapt to the dentures up to a day.
The embarrassed speech is part from having a removable dentures. This is another feature, which the patient should adapt to. The problem is usually normalizing for a couple of days and the process can be speed up by reading aloud. Once the patient adapt to the dentures the speech is normalizing and the patient will have the normal comfortability. Of course the main problem of the dentures is the nutrition. On the first days of having a removable dentures, the patient has pretty bad nutrition and cannot adapt to the foreign body in the mouth. So it is recommended for one week, the patient to remove the dentures and to eat without them. The full adapting to this is really heavy process and the patient needs of about 3-4 mouth for fully adaption with the dentures and feed with no problem.

Also we should be aware that if you wait longer, the risk of vestigial of alveolar bone is increasing. This makes the creation of dentures harder and increases the problems for the mouth health. Even there is a possibility to reach the point, where the bone is completely melted and the keeping of the dentures very complicated. The only option for normal retention of the dentures in such cases are the implants, which are quite more uncomfortable and more expensive for the patient.

The fluoride prevention objectives complement the insufficient income of fluorine (F) in the enamel of the tooth, increasing its hardness and strength. It is important to begin preventive fluoride from four months of pregnancy the mother should continue during lactation, and then 2-3 years after the breakthrough of the last permanent tooth
Endogenous means the introduction of prophylactic doses of fluoride in the digestive tract. The methods are: fluorinated drinking water (one of the most efficient methods), fluoridated salt, milk, mineral water, through the adoption of fluoride tablets and others. Thus providing optimum fluoride concentration and thus to achieve maximum impact on even the mineralization of hard tooth structure, enamel and dentin. Before breaking the teeth, they can be influenced only by endogenous prevention.
Exogenous: This is an external, local, local application of fluoride preparations. Applied after a breakout teeth. Fluoride prevention is aimed at two main etiologic factors of caries, namely to increase the resistance of solid tooth structure and reduce the effects of destructive factors (microorganisms, plaque and its substrate).

In some countries such as France and recently sold in Bulgaria, etc. homeopathic toothpaste (PTO). This process is activated, the distribution of homeopathic remedies, and because of the increasing number of practitioners of homeopathy. Characteristic of these toothpastes is the absence of mint. Some homeopathic PTO limited to purely hygienic stock. In this sense should be clear about what it’s composition – whether or homeopathic product that is used in treatment of HLS, because texts packaging can be misleading and deceiving consumers. In close connection with these considerations is the question of what shall contain such paste. Can it by incorporating substances which in diluted form is used for homeopathic treatment, such as fluoride, herbal extracts, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide? Some homeopaths allow such presence in the PTO, while others – not. Maybe it depends on the currently taking HLS. The homeopathic PTO generally do not contain synthetic preservatives, colorings and sweeteners.

The basic principle of allopathic medicine is “contradictory things are treated with the opposite” (Contraria contrarius curantur), and homeopathy – “similar treated with such” (Similia similibus curantur). The principle of homeopathy can be formulated thus: A pharmacologically active substance which causes a measurable dose of disease symptoms in a healthy person in a small dose can eliminate the same symptoms in the patient. In homeopathic medicine speak of constitutional symptoms (morphology, physiology, pathology), the nature and individual symptoms of the drug. In connection with their action, etc. modality of medicines, ie possible amplification / attenuation of the various symptoms of drug under the influence of different factors: heat, cold, posture, season, time clock, etc. Or generally speaking modality is based on individualization of therapy, taking into account individual symptoms and characteristics of the drug.

Amalgam of its hardness is first among other materials. It reaches the most accurate hardness of enamel, although today there are some composite systems are also much closer to those values. The amalgam is not toxic to the dental pulp. Some materials (such as silicate cements.) Operate toxic pulp. Also good advantage is the low price. With its superior durability amalgam other materials nearly doubled. It is stable with large carious defects. When it is necessary to develop large obturation (filling) amalgam tightly seal the defect and prevents the development of secondary caries. Composite fillings have a polymer shrinking, which is greater, the greater the damage. This shrinkage often causes detachment of filling the walls of the tooth and favors the development of secondary caries.
